      • With USPS Priority Mail shipping, you will receive your order within 3 business days after your order has been processed.

      I just ordered an item from Zoe J. Fashions with USPS Priority Mail Express shipping, when will I receive my order?

        • With USPS Priority Mail Express shipping, you will receive your order within Next Day to 2 business days after your order has been processed.

        Does Zoe J. Fashions ship internationally?

        • No, currently we only ship within the United States. 

        What's the return and exchange policy?

        • Requests for returns and exchanges will be reviewed and determined on a case by case basis. Due to COVID-19, accepted/approved returns and exchanges may be limited depending on the case.

        What's the process when my order is on backorder?

        • If you have order an item that is no longer in stock, a Zoe J. Fashions representative will contact you within 24 hours to explain the process and accommodate your needs.
